Function Introduction

This slitting machine adopts a stepper motor and PLC control, mainly designed for slitting lenses beyond the V-slot circuit board. It has higher efficiency than conventional slitting machines and is easy and fast to adjust.

1. Automatic mode and manual mode. In order to facilitate customer debugging of circuit boards with different widths, this machine has a manual mode. After adjusting the two side stop bars, the mechanical swing arm's pressure block, cylinder, camera, and roller positions, press down on the mechanical swing arm in manual mode, which greatly facilitates calibration work before use.

2. Counter function, with a counting function on the display screen, which can display the number of cut light strips.

3. Speed regulation function: This machine can adjust the feeding time and breaking time of the board.

4. Angle adjustment; The breaking angle of the mechanical swing arm can be adjusted according to the thickness of the circuit board and customer needs, with a maximum adjustment of 185 degrees.

5. Different styles of circuit boards can be adjusted, repositioned, and the position of the 7-shaped pressure block can be adjusted to avoid positions such as lens resistance terminals.

6. After cutting, the surface of the board is flat and smooth, without twisting, warping, deformation, and burrs.
