■ 选择型喷助焊剂：用户根据PCB结构，编辑程序，规划助焊剂喷涂的X-Y运动路径。

优点：各焊盘助焊剂量可控，同时节约助焊剂、减少过量助焊剂对板的污染，节省工艺时间。

优点：效率高于传统选择焊200%，锡容量16/25KG，熔锡时间40分钟，单班氧化量0.2KG。

机械手+运动控制：PCB相对锡炉的运动，采用X-Y-(Z)直角机械手，伺服/步进马达驱动；滚珠丝杆+直线导轨方式；运动控制卡，路径和加减速度控制。

预热：预热温度、预热时间、预热路径程序可调，用户可灵活运用红外+热风预热工艺；

优点：节能高效，工艺数字化。

氮气系统：配氮气压力调整、流量控制、提前加热、氮气帽。（选项）

优点：氮气提高了液态锡的润湿和流动性；提前加热，避免了水汽引起的锡珠；氮气也减少了锡氧化量。

设备操作：单人（或机器人）取放板操作。
