1. Equipment function:

Power-on self-test: All moving axes of the equipment shall automatically reset and self-test when powered on.

(1) Suitable for sealed welding of metal shells of materials such as aluminum alloy, aluminum silicon alloy, nickel alloy, stainless steel, kovar alloy, carbon steel, copper alloy (such as oxygen-free copper shell) and titanium alloy.

(2) Laser welding is a non-contact welding process that only requires entering the welding area from one side of the welded part.

During the laser welding process, the dense laser beam causes the material temperature to rise rapidly, and its speed is usually measured in milliseconds.

Laser welding can complete three types of welding: conduction welding, conduction/deep penetration welding and deep penetration/"keyhole" welding.

Conduction welding has low working energy consumption and can form a wide and shallow weld nugget.

Conduction/deep penetration welding uses moderate energy density and can form a deeper weld nugget.

Deep penetration or keyhole welding requires energy to be directly injected into the material to be welded, thereby forming a deep and narrow weld nugget.

(3) Configure vacuum heating box, discharge bin and other auxiliary equipment according to customer needs. This machine improves the automation of the production line, reduces the labor intensity of employees, improves production efficiency, and reduces the impact of manual intervention on materials.

3. Oven and transfer box

(1) Shell and cover: Both sides have ovens and transition boxes, which support all kinds of shells and covers.

(2) Oven temperature setting area: room temperature ~ 200℃, actual temperature deviation ±5℃; the minimum unit of oven baking time setting is 1min;

Heating rate > 1.5℃/min;

It has two baking modes: vacuum and nitrogen (argon) gas filling;

It has the function of setting time and number of times in different modes during the baking stage, and free combination of different modes.

(3) It has the function of automatic locking of the oven door and interlocking of the inner and outer doors during the baking stage, and the function of automatic opening of the oven door connected to the glove box after the baking is completed to prevent the glove box from being connected to the atmosphere due to misoperation.


(4) The baking oven requires good external thermal insulation performance, and the contact temperature outside the box is ≤50℃.

(5) The glove box is equipped with anti-static glass and gloves to meet ESD specifications.

 

4. Sealing process control

(1) The five-axis RTCP linkage workbench can realize automatic welding such as spot welding, linear welding, closed curve welding, and circular welding, which can meet both vertical and horizontal light emission modes.

(2) The glove box has dew point and oxygen content detection functions, and the dew point value is less than -60℃ (when using 99.999% high-purity nitrogen or argon).

(3) It has prompt functions for important links in the production process (such as time, quantity, sealing parameters-pulse width, frequency, welding speed, form, sequence selection, etc. during sealing); alarms, alarm location prompts and error correction prompts are issued for abnormal conditions in the production process.

(4) It meets the CAD (DXF format) graphic import function, can execute program files that conform to the NC format (G/M CODE), and supports reverse generation of G/M format recipe files by teaching programming.

(5) It meets the linkage between welding points and coordinates, and can arbitrarily modify the spacing between two adjacent welding points. The speed between any two points in the processing path can be set to ensure the quality requirements of uniform welding points and consistent penetration depth.

(6) Mechanical motion system: high-performance linear motor plus 0.1μm grating scale closed-loop control, circular motion uses servo or direct drive closed-loop system.

(7) Tooling and fixture: customized design based on the actual situation of the product (if there is a need for array processing, you can purchase automatic tooling to improve array production capacity).

(8) It has dual CCD function. CCD uses observation camera plus intelligent recognition camera (with laser height detection) for dual-screen display. CCD1 camera monitors the welding process, and CCD2 inspects and locates the weld.

 

5. Product protection

(1) The glove box gloves are made of anti-static material, with a surface impedance of 105~109Ω.

(2) Full-view laser welding protection glass window (in compliance with the Class I laser safety standard of 1064nm wavelength-GB7247.1).

(3) Equipped with a smoke and dust removal system (optional explosion-proof type) to reduce material contamination inside the glove box.

(4) When the external air supply pressure of the equipment is insufficient, the equipment has an alarm prompt

 

6. Procedures and permissions

(1) It has the functions of compiling, modifying, saving and calling different product information (seam welding process parameter information).

(2) It has the function of hierarchical permission management, such as operator permission, equipment engineer permission, administrator permission, etc.

(3) The communication port is open to achieve real-time connection with the production management system (such as MES system), and to achieve real-time feedback of production and process data (production quantity, unit production time, current process parameters, etc.). Party A is required to provide MES interface data before Party B ships the goods, otherwise it is considered that this function is not required.

 

7. Maintenance and care

1) The oven, transfer compartment and glove box can be fully opened on both sides for easy repair and maintenance.

2) The internal wiring of the equipment is standardized, with complete and clear markings for easy maintenance.
