Automatic and Pneumatic Forming System
Introduction: Automatic forming system adopting a precision servo-electric press（or pneumatic）and equipping an adjustable double-side mold is able to form all kinds of flat packaged chip (top lead chip, middle lead chip and bottom lead chip). Forming parameters are setting by PC, to achieve high-precision forming result.
