Operating instructions: instructions for V-CUT residual thickness gauge:
1. The machine should be placed on a level ground to ensure its stability.
2. Open the meter: press the "on/f" button on the measuring instrument until the number is displayed.（Press on/f，Display numbers）
3. Correct the origin: apply proper force to the handle of the joystick to make the blade fall gently and align the upper and lower blades, and press the 2ero button to gauge the zero position (the meter head shows 0.0, that is, there is no depth).
4. V-slot residual thickness test: lift the upper cutterbed up, place the tested PCB circuit board V-slot on the lower blade, put the upper cutterbed down naturally, and directly read the residual thickness value measured on the meter. Press "inch1" to convert metric and English system, which is suitable for different reading requirements (that is, first set the lower blade, and then put the upper blade down naturally).
5. After the measurement is completed, place the upper knife seat at the highest position, and place a piece of ordinary soft paper or soft thing with a thickness of about 5mm between the two knives to avoid accidentally damaging the blade when the upper knife seat falls.
6. Close the meter head: press the "on/of" button on the head of the measuring instrument until countless displays are displayed to avoid wasting electricity.
1. What if the disc cutter head is worn due to long measurement time?
Loosen the four small screws on the disc cutter head and use the non worn part as the contact surface. This blade can be rotated 360 degrees continuously and used in all directions.
2. How to deal with the upper and lower blades that cannot be handled?
The first method: loosen the screws at both ends of the shaft where the blade is placed, and then adjust the alignment so that the upper and lower blades are aligned in place, and then lock this screw (the upper knife base or the lower knife base bucket can be used). The second method: loosen the four small screws on the blade, and align them up and down.
3. The header does not display. What is the situation?
At this time, the battery of the meter may be out of power. Take it out and replace it. Special note: the core part of the whole machine is the blade part, which is small to use, so as to avoid falling from it at an instant.
