Summary:

ZMF07 has a very low input offset voltage (the maximum value is 75 µ V), which is obtained by performing adjustment at the wafer stage, and this low offset voltage generally does not require any external zero calibration. In addition, it has low input bias current and high open-loop gain characteristics. Low offset voltage and high open-loop gain make it particularly suitable for high-gain instrument applications.

With a minimum ± 13 V wide input voltage range, a high common mode rejection ratio of 106 dB and a high input impedance, high accuracy can be achieved in the in-phase circuit configuration. Even at high closed-loop gain, it can maintain excellent linearity and gain accuracy. The time or temperature stability of offset voltage and gain is also excellent. The precision and stability of ZMF07 at high gain without external zero calibration make it a standard device for instrument application.
