一、Overview:

The heated pair-roll mill is specially designed for material researchers. It is suitable for manual rolling of battery materials in the laboratory, a small amount of precious metal materials such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous materials such as copper and aluminum. The rolling thickness is adjustable and the operation is simple. Particularly suitable for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery pole plates of clean energy materials.

This equipment is driven by a geared motor to drive a high-hardness pressing roller, and the gap between the pressing rollers is mechanically adjusted, so that the pole piece is formed under pressure and the density of the pole piece is increased.
