Features and Advantages

Provides accurate and fast ambient temperature (-120 °C ~ +300 °C) for chips, modules, integrated circuit boards, and electronic components. It is an indispensable instrument for product electrical performance testing, failure analysis, and reliability assessment. Compared to the traditional thermostat, there are several features:
