Function and Features Description
1. Four work stations in cycle, the designed capacity is 1000~1500pcs/h.
2. Equipped work piece detector to decide gluing or skip.
3. Gluing track can be set as full circle, single point or segmented arc etc.
4. Working mode can be eight-station,four-station or one-station.
5. Operating mode:Four rotating stations are separated evenly by 90 degree on the orbit round disc. Orbit motor rotate 90 degree each time to bring the product to the gluing nozzle one by one and the self-rotating motor drives the product rotate in average speed via wheel gear occlusion to realize even gluing coating.
6. It is easy to learn and operate with touch screen and buttons, for different glue with different settings ensure the best performance.
