Equipment Description

1.This ultrasonic precision sprayer is specifically designed for producing ultra-thin coatings. It enables the preparation, development, and production of nano- and submicron-scale functional coatings and thin film materials.

2.It provides uniform and efficient thin-film spraying and spray pyrolysis, with film thicknesses as thin as tens of nanometers.

3.It is suitable for the production of a variety of nano- and submicron-scale thin films, including fuel cells, thin-film solar cells, semiconductor photoresists, sensors, functional coatings for fabrics, and glass coatings.

4.Simultaneously equipped with precision metering, wheel control, base heating system, flat stand with vacuum suction, and three-wheel drive system. In addition, we have specialized optical support localization and horizontal adjustment equipment, special integrated scientific research laboratory research, and small-surface thin film production systems.

1. [Ultrasonic Atomization Energy Efficiency Control] Multi-core closed-loop control features automatic frequency tracking and automatic ultrasonic power adaptation based on liquid flow and temperature, ultimately achieving uniform and efficient thin-film spraying with film thicknesses as thin as tens of nanometers.

2. [Precision Automation Control] The XYZ three-axis programmable motion system precisely scans the spray trajectory according to CNC instructions, achieving spray uniformity exceeding 95%. Through precise control of coating thickness, ultra-thin coatings ranging from 20 nanometers to tens of microns can be produced.

3. [Slurry Saving Technology] A raw material utilization rate of over 95%. Furthermore, the patented structural design makes the 260E ultrasonic precision sprayer one of the most slurry-efficient spraying machines on the market. The total length of the PTFE liquid supply pipeline is less than 0.5 meters, the inner diameter of the pipeline can be less than 1 mm, and the total amount of spray slurry remaining in the pipeline is less than 1 ml.

4. [Patented Anti-Clog Flow Path Design] The ultrasonic atomizer nozzle's flow path design eliminates the worry of nozzle clogging.

5. [High-Precision Liquid Metering System] Utilizing a servo motor-driven precision syringe pump for material feeding, the system achieves high-precision spraying flow rates ranging from 0.001ml/min to 80ml/min across a wide range of widths, from 15mm to 30mm.

6. [Laser-Assisted Positioning] The patented laser-assisted positioning system utilizes a 635nm high-brightness cross laser module. Two perpendicular laser lines are directly mapped to the X and Y axis scale lines of the vacuum adsorption heating platform, allowing you to easily position the spray substrate and calibrate the position of the vacuum adsorption heating platform.

7. [High-Precision Vacuum Adsorption Platform] A corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy panel provides high flatness. The vacuum level is digitally displayed and adjustable, making it convenient for laying soft and easily deformable film substrates. A low-noise, oil-free vacuum pump is included for high suction power and maintenance-free operation (a vacuum generator can also be used as needed).

8. [High-Power Intelligent Temperature Control System] The 500W high-power heating module is unaffected by ambient temperature and easily controls temperatures from room temperature to 150°C. It features fast heating rates, high temperature control accuracy, and real-time on-screen temperature curve display. Optional heating systems with higher power and temperature capabilities are available for online pyrolytic spraying.

9. [Touchscreen Human-Machine Interface] A highly reliable, industrial-grade color LCD display with touchscreen operation provides a user-friendly interface. The large LCD displays electrical parameters and operational prompts in real time.

10. [Digital Precision Pressure Sensor] High-precision gas pressure regulators and liquid valves, combined with digital gas pressure sensors, enable high-speed and stable gas-liquid mixing, allowing for easy and repeatable development of experimental samples.

11. [Ultrasonic Slurry Pre-Dispersion] The optional ultrasonic slurry pre-dispersion module enables pre-dispersion of suspensions in the feed system, effectively preventing solids settling during the spraying process.
