Equipment Introduction

The product adopts the latest advanced beam propagation system of New Wave in the United States(ABDS),ABDS accurately cuts at the microscopic level of three widths (infrared, visible or ultraviolet),system provides precise power control wavelengths,the beam can be selected without sacrificing beam characteristics. Quiklaze is composed of Nd : Laser head of the YAG pulsed solid-state laser(mounted on the microscope), it consist of the main unit of water-cooled power source and  control electron and separate control panel .Switching lasers are capable of emitting at pulse rates up to 40 Hz. It has a rectangular hole,the width and height can be adjusted.Laser mainly produces 1064nm infrared light.However, it have mechanism for tuning the KTP crystal and the filter wheel through angle to generate and select additional harmonics of 532 nm (green) and 355 nm (UV).This device can against short-circuit line cutting processing on a specific material layer of  workpiece, the workpieces are taken by manual mode.

Product application

The QuikLaze laser processing system is mounted on microscope and mainly used to cut and trim micron-sized components of silicon-based semiconductor circuits, in particular, the passivation layer (silicon oxide / nitride) and metal interconnection (usually aluminum).Can be targeted at the target material (for example, UV for depassivation) adjusts the laser pulse energy and wavelength.

Optical imaging system

The laser head is encapsulated in a protective housing ,to prevent beyond Class 1 limits radiation,in addition to the output beam. It is mounted on the camera/laser port of the Mitutoyo FS60Y microscope.It is characterized by secure interlocking,prevent laser and eye from being used at the same time.Microscope as beam delivery system(through the objective lens to surface of semiconductor chip), align the target and check it before and after laser application.Using several Mitutoyo M Plan Apo and NIR long working distance objective lens, for laser cutting applications.
