High Frequency welding machine

High frequency (HF) welding process, also known as Radio Frequency (RF) and Dielectric welding, consists of amalgamation of material by supplying HF energy in the form of an electromagnetic field (27.12 MHz) which is normally applied between two metal electrodes, plates or moulds. HF welding is accompanied with certain pressure on the material surfaces to be joined. For this purpose the HF welding machine are constructed.

PVC and PU is the most common thermoplastic High Frequency welding material. High frequency welding can also apply on other machine application such as polymers, including nylon (Nylon), EVA, PEVA, PET, PETG, APET and some ABS resin. Nylon (Nylon) and PET require using electric equipment together with warm-frequency welding machine to enable processing.

HF Welding Principle:

The principle of high frequency plastic welding machine is using dielectric heating method. Placing the plastic application in between two metal plates, high frequency voltage is connected to the two electrodes. The molecule start oscillate and generate heat in the electric field after power is turned on, and the fusion of plastic begins when it reach the necessary temperature. Placing two layers of plastic products in the electric field and apply pressure and heat at the same time, the two layers will then bond together with a strong hold.

1.Anti-spark electric device

When the spark occurring, the high sensitiveness spark electric protection system will cut the high frequency power immediately to protect the mould and material.

2.Jamming prevention device

High frequency welding machine equipped with frequency stabilizer and high frequency magnetic leakage suppressor, this device provide leakage of electron magnetic radiation to avoid jamming other electrical instruments such as television and radios etc.

3.Safety device

When the current exceeds its limit, the overload relay functions automatically to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier. Frequency deviation caused by misoperation is also prevented

4.High power welder
