Protection function description:
Overcharge protection: when the battery is in the charging state, the voltage continues to rise. When the protection board detects that the voltage of any cell is higher than the overcharge protection value, the protection board starts timing immediately. When the time reaches the overcharge protection delay, the protection board turns off the charging MOS tube, and the charging is cut off. At this time, it cannot be charged.
Overcharge protection recovery:After the over-voltage protection of the protection board occurs, the battery voltage drops when the battery is static or discharged. When the protection board detects that the voltage of each section is lower than the recovery voltage of the overcharge protection, the protection board outputs a signal and starts the charging MOS tube. At this time, it can be charged.
Over discharge protection:When the battery is in the discharge state, the voltage decreases continuously. When the protection board detects that the voltage of any cell is lower than the over discharge protection value, the protection board starts timing immediately. When the time reaches the over discharge protection delay, the protection board outputs a signal to turn off the discharge MOS tube, the discharge is cut off, and the load locking circuit works. At this time, the discharge cannot be performed.
Recovery of over discharge protection: after the over discharge protection appears on the protection board, the battery voltage keeps rising when the battery is standing or discharged. When the protection board detects that the voltage of each section is higher than the recovery voltage of over discharge protection, then disconnect the load or charge. The protection board outputs a signal and starts the discharge MOS tube. At this time, it can discharge.
Overcurrent protection: when the battery is standing or discharged, the current suddenly increases. When the protection board detects that the current reaches the overcurrent protection value, the protection board starts timing. When the current duration in the circuit reaches the overcurrent protection delay time, the protection board outputs a signal to turn off the discharge MOS tube, and the load locking circuit works. At this time, it cannot discharge.
Recovery of overcurrent protection: after the discharge overcurrent protection occurs on the protection board, the discharge MOS tube is turned off and the current in the circuit becomes 0 At this time, disconnect the load or charge, the protection board outputs a signal, and turn on the discharge MOS tube. At this time, it can discharge.
