Soft touch system for welder

3,The system can not be avoid:that means even

if the sensor wire is shorted or broken, or the metal has been

contact before trigger, the system will lock out and not let the

electrode go down.

4,For inverter DC welder only by now! we provide full range of inverter DC

power supply to replace AC ones!

>> working principle

1,Special pneumatic system inside make the electrodes go down with low force.

2,The system will check whether there is metal detected in a settable time.

3,If metal detected, then apply welding force and trigger welding power supply to weld;.

4,If not, the electrode will go back and will not trigger welding.

1,Welder should be Inverter DC welding power supply, contact us for DC power supply info.

2,The cylinder diameter should be less than 130mm.

3,The welder ram should be lubricated enough that the

ram can fall down smoothly by gravity when the compress

air is removed.
