Used to clean the surface overflow of bare copper supports after plastic packaging of semiconductor products;

四、Technological process:
Fully automatic feeding → Electrolytic softening 1 → Electrolytic softening 2 → Electrolytic softening 3 → Three stage water washing → High pressure water → Chemical water washing → Three stage water washing → Air drying area → Drying area → Fully automatic feeding → Manual feeding
五、Composition and configuration of segmented process structure:
1,automatic feeding:The product material box is rotated and can accommodate two material boxes at a time,(The product is assembled in a stacked manner),The product is pushed to the vacuum nozzle of the product through a private server motor, and the product is delivered to the conveyor steel belt through a robotic arm;
2,Electrolysis 1 (with an effective length of 2.0 meters, one rectifier, 316 electrode support, and 3 sets of conductive modules per cell);
3,Electrolysis 2 (with an effective length of 2.0 meters, one rectifier, 316 electrode support, and 3 sets of conductive modules per cell);
4,Electrolysis 3 (with an effective length of 2.0 meters, one rectifier, 316 electrode bracket, each slot with one set of conductive modules, one lower cylinder, one 10 inch 4-core filter, and one set of heating tubes);
5,Three stage water washing (effective length is about 1 meter, one lower cylinder is divided into three stages, and each of the three water pumps controls one stage of water washing);
6,High pressure water to remove overflow (nozzle # 2810/16 diamond nozzles, 1 set of 30HP high-pressure pump, maximum design pressure 700bar (8 nozzles); The high-pressure pump can operate stably for a long time under the condition of 400bar -500bar; Automatic pressure regulation; The unilateral coverage area is 80mm; Enter water into two groups of waterways; One wastewater tank (refer to the sample test report for specific configuration);

9,Automatic feeding: The product material box adopts a rotating method, which can place two material boxes at a time (the product is stacked). The product is removed from the conveyor steel belt by a mechanical arm and vacuum suction, and placed inside the material box;

1. drying unit:Air blower+compressed air drying device, with a separate 7.5kw functional slot air knife drying blower;

5. The rack is made of stainless steel 304 material, with a detachable structure for easy installation. The pressurization system and loading and unloading are integrated into the rack;
6. Adopting PLC automatic control (Omron), the operation buttons and process modifications are installed on the touch screen for easy operation;
7. The tank body is made of PP and is equipped with a product discharge device inside. In case of any abnormal situation, it can be alerted and shut down at any time;
七、Others:
1 Before shipment, Party A shall dispatch personnel to Party B's factory to conduct a pre factory inspection of the equipment. After passing the factory inspection, the equipment shall be shipped.Meanwhile, Party B will provide preliminary training to Party A's personnel on the use and maintenance of the equipment;
2 The first party shall provide 50 softened plastic packaging samples for the second party to use for equipment adjustment and operation before leaving the factory;
3 Within one year after the equipment is put into production, the seller is responsible for repairing any malfunctions that occur under normal operating and maintenance conditions (excluding the replacement of vulnerable parts)。
4 The actual overflow effect of the device is based on the overflow test results as a reference standard.
5 Under the condition of drying with a blower, the product of Party A has been treated by the equipment drying unit, and there are no water droplets or water droplets on the surface of the product.
6 1 year warranty for the entire equipment (excluding replacement of vulnerable parts), and 2 years warranty for diamond nozzles.
八、Other matters not covered shall be determined through friendly consultation between Party A and Party B.
