It’s an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency. 3-axis is driven through linear guidance with ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high positioning accuracy and long life of the system. the control system uses the industry-level industrial computer mainboard, motion control card and AC servo drive, while the welding machines use SAW-Dcapacitor discharge welding machine (also with SAW-3000A DSP-based high-frequency inverter stud welder).Z-axis which is a motor-driven, can be equipped with one or more torches.
