Hot and cold shock test chamber

Hot and cold impact testing machine, used to test material structure or composite materials, under the instantaneous extreme high temperature and low temperature continuous environment can endure the degree, in order to test its thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical changes or physical damage in the shortest time.

Applicable objects include metal, plastic, rubber, electronics... And other materials can be used

Features:

1.      The three boxes of equipment are divided into three parts: high temperature area, low temperature area and test area. The test products are placed in the test area, and the temperature of the high temperature or low temperature area is rushed into the test area for impact. The test products are static.

2.      The use of touch - type graph control interface, easy to operate.

3.      Impact mode The air path switching mode is used to put the temperature channel into the test area for hot and cold impact test.

4.      Under high temperature shock or low temperature shock, the maximum time can reach 999h, and the maximum cycle can reach 9999 times.

5.      The system can be used as automatic cycle engine or manual selective impact can be set two or three zone impact and cold, heavy and hot impact start. Dual cooling system is adopted, the cooling effect is rapid, and the cooling mode is water cooling.
