Introduction to Functions

Automatic Generation of Detection Program:

The system automatically identifies customer BOM files and CAD location maps without modifying data.

Automatic judgment result:

The system automatically switches the test gear, automatically reads the value and compares it with the BOM, and automatically determines PASS or NG.

Component search:

Support a variety of search methods, such as displaying or searching for undetected components, NG components, a certain item number, etc.

Silk screen, direction, polarity automatic identification:

For components such as chips, diodes and screen printing resistors, the silk screen, direction and polarity (optional) can be automatically determined by the optical system.

Sample function:

Standard sample storage, testing the same substrate without re-importing the data, can be directly used in the system.

Report function:

After the test is completed, the test report can be automatically generated, and equipped with component images, PCBA related information, reports can be archived and printed.

Process diagram function:

Automatically generate process maps, different components automatically fill colors, display the bit number and specification value respectively, and output images and PDF files.
