Dispersion for Nanoparticles

Ultrasonic cavitation refers to the dynamic process of growth and collapse of micro-gas core cavitation bubbles in the liquid that vibrate under the action of sound waves, and when the sound pressure reaches a certain value.

When ultrasonic waves act on liquids, a large number of small bubbles can be generated. One reason is that partial tensile stress occurs in the liquid to form a negative pressure. The decrease in pressure makes the gas originally dissolved in the liquid supersaturate and escape from the liquid and become small bubbles. Another reason is that the strong tensile stress "tears" the liquid into a cavity, which is called cavitation.

Introduction:
Nano particles are being used more and more widely, such as batteries, coatings, building materials, beauty and skin care, etc. The smaller the particles, the higher the availability. The high shear force generated by ultrasonic vibration will de-agglomerate and reduce the particles of the material. After disaggregation, the particle size decreases, the number increases, and the contact area between each small particle decreases。
Advantage:
1、Ultrasonic dispersion technology can produce ultrafine particles that mechanical dispersion and crushing equipment cannot produce;
2、Even distribution of processed particles;
3、The processed particles have strong stability and are not easy to spherical agglomerate.
