检漏方法


◎负压法(喷吹法)Negative pressure method

对被检产品内部,密封室抽真空

在被检产品外表面,可疑漏点施氦气

检漏仪检测工件内部的氦含量是否有变化

可以实现漏孔的精确定位

◎正压法(吸枪法)Positive pressure method

对被检产品内部,密封室充入一定压力的氦气

被检件有漏孔时,氦气就会通过漏孔泄露的周围大气环境中

采用吸枪法检测被检产品,周围大气中的氦气浓度增量

可以实现漏孔的精确定位

◎背压法(压氦、清氦、检漏)Back pressure method

将被检产品置于一定压力的氦气室中,放置一定时间

再取出,将表面的残余氦气清除一定时间

将被检产品放入与检漏仪相连的检漏罐内检漏;

检测一定时间,取最大漏率值

喷氦法检漏流程

◎喷氦法法检测标准:

QJ3123-2000《氦质谱真空检漏方法》、

GB/T 15823-2009《氦泄漏检验》

◆将工件组装好后,再使用相应的工装,将工件连接到检漏仪上。

◆待确认连接OK后,按下检漏仪“开始”按键,检漏仪进入抽空检漏状态。

◆观察检漏仪显示屏上的显示的本底值达到4.0×10-1pa - m3/s.

◆使用99.99%或99.999%的氦气,对工件可疑漏点,进行喷氦检测。

◆每个可疑漏点,喷氦1秒,观察检漏仪本底值3-5秒。观察检漏仪本底值有没有增加或检漏仪是否有报警输出。

◆按照步骤5依次检测其它可疑漏点。

◆喷氦气检测顺序是从上而下,先确认大漏点,

◆检测结束后,先按下检漏仪“停止”按键,待检漏仪显示屏出现待机画面后,再拆卸工件。

吸枪法检漏流程

◎吸枪法检测标准:

QJ3089-1999《氦质谱正压检漏方法》、

QJ2862-1996《压力容器焊缝氦质谱吸枪罩盒检漏试验方法》

◆将工件组装好后,再使用相应的工装,将工件内充入一定压力99.99%或99.999%的氦气。

◆待确认OK后,将吸枪连接到检漏仪的检漏口上。按下检漏仪“开始”按键,检漏仪进入抽空检漏状态。

◆观察检漏仪显示屏上的显示的本底值达到5.0x10-Pa·m/s左右.相对稳定状态。

◆使用的氮气,对工件可疑漏点,进行探氦检测。采用吸枪从下往上,距被检件表面1-3mm,移动速度不大于10mm/s进行检测,检测被检产品周围大气环境中的氦气浓度增量。

◆按照步骤4依次检测其它可疑漏点。

◆先确认大漏点,处理好后,再检测小漏点

◆检测结束后,先按下检漏仪“停止”按键,待检漏仪显示屏出现待机画面后,再拆卸吸枪。

Helium injection leak detection process

◎Test standard for helium injection method:

QJ3123-2000《氦质谱真空检漏方法》、

GB/T 15823-2009《氦泄漏检验》

◆After the workpiece is assembled, use the corresponding tooling to connect the workpiece to the leak detector.

◆After confirming that the connection is OK, press the "start" button of the leak detector, and the leak detector enters the evacuation leak detection state.

◆Observe that the background value displayed on the display screen of the leak detector reaches 4.0 × 10-10Pa·m3/s.

◆Use 99.99% or 99.999% helium to detect the suspected leakage point of the workpiece.

◆For each suspicious leak point, spray helium for 1 second and observe the background value of the leak detector for 3-5 seconds. Observe whether the background value of the leak detector increases or whether the leak detector has alarm output.

◆Detect other suspicious leakage points in sequence according to step 5.

◆The detection sequence of helium injection is from top to bottom, and the large leakage point is confirmed first,

◆After the test, press the "stop" button of the leak detector first, and then disassemble the workpiece after the standby screen appears on the display screen of the leak detector.

Leak detection process by suction gun (probe) method

◎Test standard of suction gun method:

QJ3089-1999《氦质谱正压检漏方法》、

QJ2862-1996《压力容器焊缝氦质谱吸枪罩盒检漏试验方法》

◆After the workpiece is assembled, use the corresponding tooling to fill the workpiece with 99.99% or 99.999% helium at a certain pressure.

◆After confirming OK, connect the suction gun to the leak detection port of the leak detector. Press the "start" button of the leak detector, and the leak detector enters the evacuation leak detection state.

◆Observe that the background value displayed on the display of the leak detector reaches about 5.0×10-8Pa·m3/s. It is relatively stable.

◆Use helium gas to detect suspected leaks on the workpiece. Use a sniffer to detect from bottom to top, 1-3mm from the surface of the inspected part, with a moving speed not greater than 10mm/s, to detect the increase in helium concentration in the atmosphere surrounding the inspected product.

◆Follow step 4 to detect other suspicious points in turn.

◆Confirm the big leaks first, and then check the small leaks after handling them

◆After the test is over, first press the "Stop" button of the leak detector, and then disassemble the sniffer after the standby screen appears on the leak detector's display screen.
