enamel wire litz crimp lug thermocompression machine

Application: section area <=75 sqmm enamel litz wire and related crimp lug.

Principle:

First, the current goes through the lug, By the heat generated from the lug, the enamel on the wire has been melt and removed, and under the heat and pressure, the wire and lug has been compacted and crimped, so we get good electrical connection between the wires and the crimp lug.

As this need not operator remove the enamel by mechanical or chemical method before compacting, but do it directly at one time, this take good advance efficiency and quality.

Operation process:

1, put the lug with wire (fixture if needed) to the welding area.

2, manually align the lug to the electrode.

3, push the foot switch, the upper electrode goes down to lock the lug, we can check the position right or not.

4, push the start button, the machine will start welding.

5, after weld, the upper electrode goes back. then repeat from 1.

Suggested optionals: water chiller, fume absorber, lifting table etc.

As our experience, sometimes, it is very hard in the market to find a lug to match the wire diameter, it makes us very hard to fill the wire into the lug.
