LCR components:

By moving the probe on the arm of the Z axis machinery according to the size of the component size, automatically adjust the spacing of probe, move the test probe to the component electrode, let probe in contact with the chip position, automatically connect to the LCR communication according to the properties of the component itself, the software automatically control the LCR frequency and gear, read the LCR meter data automatically. Automatic measurement, automatic check with BOM standard value, automatically judge the test results.

NON-LCR components



HD camera is used to obtain high-definition images of PCBA in real time, and the components are magnified dozens of times, boardingmark and polarity are automatically compared.

NC components
